I am an Engineering Leader with over 20 years of experience in the tech industry. My expertise spans across various company stages, from leading tech giants like Airbnb and Slack to a diverse array of startups in San Francisco.
Throughout my career, I have collaborated with teams of varying structures and sizes, experiencing diverse engineering cultures. I've sharpened my leadership skills to effectively navigate ambiguity and uncertainty, and developed the resilience needed to overcome challenges during difficult times.
Over the last decade, coaching and mentoring other leaders and individual contributors have played a significant role in my life. I have worked with engineers to help them develop their leadership skills, improve their communication, build confidence in new roles, and navigate imposter syndrome or any other type of challenges.
